Important Updates for the 16th Regional Kendo Championship Arrangements

1. Transportation arrangement for HK team player

We are pleased to offer a shuttle bus service for HK team players. There will be TWO picking up points, Admiralty and Kowloon Tong on 13 Aug 2023 (* please note that there will be One pick up point at Admiralty on 12 Aug, and an additional pick up point will be added on 13 Aug) , contact persons for each picking up points were being assigned. Detail location, picking up time and contact person as stated below.

Pick up Point 1:

Admiralty (金鐘海富中心旅遊巴士停車位)

Departure time: 07:10AM

Pick up Point 2:

Kowloon Tong (九龍塘森麻實道)

Departure time: 07:15AM

Participants who wish to avail of the shuttle bus service, please arrive at the pick up point 15 minutes earlier than the departure time. No waiting will be possible.

2. For Examination Candidates:

A reminder to all candidates who are taking the examination on Saturday(12/8), registration at sign-in counter will be closed at 10:30am, please allow sufficient time for yourself for registration no later than 10:30am. All candidates are required to join the Kendo Examination seminar starting at 10:30. We apologies for any confusion caused by our previous communication stating the registration times as 11:00 AM.

3. Welcome dinner

Welcome dinner at 12/8 night at 7:15 PM is arranged as below:

Address:屯門建榮街24號建榮商業大廈

Fee: $350
