Age：6 years old or above
Course Fee：HKD$150
Quota：20 participants per class (Now open for enrolment on first-come-first-served basis)
[Bamboo sword or required gear will be freely provided to participants during classes.]

Enrolment Method:
Complete this Application Form and send together with pay-in-slip in favor of The Kendo Association of Hong Kong, China Limited bank account in Hang Seng Bank Limited: 281- 264200-001 while using cash deposit, ATM or online transfer. The payment receipt should be sent to HKKA by postage, e-mail or fax. (No acceptance for Cash)

For cheque payment, please issue crossed cheque at HK$150 payable to “The Kendo Association of Hong Kong, China Limited” and write the name of participant on the back of the cheque, together with a self-addressed prepaid envelope to Room 1029 Olympic House No.1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
