2017 Renshin Cup CKOU Beijing Open Kendo Kendo Championship

CKOU has invited Hong Kong Kendo Association to join the 2017 Renshin Cup CKOU Beijing Open Kendo Kendo Championship at Beijing, China from 8 April – 9 April , 2017.

The information is as below:

Date: 8 April – 9 April , 2017

Location: Beijing

Target: 

1)      Hong Kong Squad members or Junior Squad members have higher priority

2)      HKKA members & Affiliate Dojo members

Quota: Maximum 10 persons – 5 ladies + 5 men

Schedule:  

9 April 2017 (Sat) 9:00 - 18：30

Opening Ceremony , Men & Female Novice/Individual , Keiko 

10 April 2017 (Sun) 9:00 - 18：30

5 men team & 5 ladies team , Prizing Ceremony , Keiko 

Accommodation: Tian Tan Hotel or JI Hotel

Room rate: Single room/ Twin room 1 night   RMB 400 (Included breakfast) 

Subvention:  Each participant will be subsidized around HKD$2500  by HKKA. 

Participants must pay for their own expenses first. Subvention will be made by HKKA after completion of trip and submission of report and all expenses receipts(copies will not be accepted) .

All participants are required to purchase insurance by yourself.

Interested individuals please send the filled application form attached and send it back to HKKA on or before 29th  March 2017 , 17:00  

All application will be subject to the final decision of  the Executive Committee of HKKA.
