2015 RENSHIN CUP CKOU BEIJING OPEN KENDO CHAMPIONSHIP

The overseas exchange competition of HKKA - 2015 RENSHIN CUP CKOU BEIJING OPEN KENDO CHAMPIONSHIP will be held at Beijing on 11-12 April 2015,

The information is as below:

Staying period: 10 April – 12 Apil , 2015

Location: Beijing

Target:

1)     The priority will be given to 16thWKC HK team members and 2015 representatives of Hong Kong Fukuoka International Kendo Competitions (Junior Squad).

2)     HKKA members & Affiliate Dojo members

(Subject to the final decision of  the Executive Committee of HKKA)

Quota: Maximum 8 persons – 3 female + 5 men

Schedule:

11 April 2015 (Sat) 9:00 - 18：30

Opening Ceremony , Men Individual & Female Individual , Keiko

12 April 2015 (Sun) 9:00 - 18：30

Enbu , 3 men team & 3 ladies team , Prizing Ceremony , Keiko

Accommodation: Bejing Aihua Hotel

Room rate: Single room 1 night    RMB 200 (Included breakfast)

Twin room  1 night     RMB 100 per person (Included breakfast)

Airfare : around HKD2,000 ( Included Tax and fuel surcharge)

Subvention:  Each participant will be subsidized around HKD$2000  by HKKA.

Participants must pay for their own expenses first. Subvention will be made by HKKA after completion of trip and submission of report and all expenses receipts(copies will not be accepted) .
