Application form of HKKA Dan Exam August 2016

The Dan Exam of HKKA will be held on 21st August 2016 ( Sunday ), please find the application form as the attachment. 

The details are as follow:

 

Date: 21st August 2016(Sunday)

Time: 8:30am

Venue: Function Room 2, Queen Elizabeth Stadium 2/F, 18 Oi Kwan Road, Wanchai

Registration Time: 7:30am-8:15am

Deadline of Application: (Local & Oversea) on or before 8th August 2016 ( Monday ), 5:00pm;                   

(Questions will be announced in mid-July 2016.)
