The 17th Renshin Cup

The Association receive CKOU’s invitation that the 17^th Renshin Cup will be on 1^st to 2^nd June 2024 at Mamba Basketball Centre, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province.  

Schedule:

1^st June 2024 (Sat) 8:00 – 18:30

Asa Keiko, Shinai Check, Individual Events and Godou Keiko

2^nd June (Sun) 8:00 – 18:30

Asa Keiko, Shinai Check, Enbu, Men and Women’s Team Events, Prizing Ceremoney and Godou Keiko

Target and Fees:

1) 19^th WKC Hong Kong Squad members HKD 2,000

2. Hong Kong Squad members HKD2,500

Designated hotel: Shijiazhuang Zhongmao Haiyue Hotel (Hebei Hotel).

Per person/night: 380 RMB (Not include Breakfast).

Breakfast per person/day: 65 RMB.

In case of insufficient availability of single bed rooms, the organiser will arrange twin bed rooms for the athletes. If ultimately unable to arrange, the organiser will refund the accommodation fee.

The Association will prepare Travel insurance for all participants.

For those who are interested, please send the completed Application form , Accommodation form and copy of Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents(Home Visit Permit) as attached and send it back to HKKA on or before 29th April 2024 (Mon), 17:00 by email.

All applications will be subject to the final decision of the Executive Committee of HKKA.
