The 4th Consulate-General of Japan in Guangzhou Cup

HKKA have received an invitation that the 4^th Consulate-General of Japan in Guangzhou Cup will be held on 20^th July in Foshan, Guangdong Province. For the comeptition details, please refer to the information in the attachment.

Competition Dates: 20^th July 2025 (Sunday)
Competition Venue: 廣東省佛山市順德區北滘鎮碧桂園西苑會所犀牛體育俱樂部(English Name Not Provided)

Entry fee”

*With Bogu Group: Participants in both individual and team competitions simultaneously.

*Please refer to the competition information for the age and category of participation.

Please Note:

1.      The Association(HKKA) will only purchase travel insurance for the participants within the competition period and will not provide other subsidy for this competition.

2.      The organizers will not provide lunch.

3.      The organizers will not arrange a welcome dinner.

4.      Local participants are required to arrange their own accommodation and transportation.

5.      If participants are unable to attend due to issues with their travel documents/Visa, the Association will still require them to pay all fees.

Registration Method

For HKKA Members:

1.      Please scan the QR code below to register.

2.      Please transfer the registration fee to the HKKA office as indicated above. Email the proof of payment to the office along with your full name in Chinese and English, date of birth, Hong Kong ID number, Home Return Permit number, departure and arrival date to purchase travel insurance.

For Dojo/Kendo Clubs Members:

1.      Interested participants, please scan the QR code below to register.

2.      Please have each club president or representative collect the registration fees, and email the proof of payment to the HKKA office. Also, please fill in the travel insurance excel, to notify the office of the participants' full names in Chinese and English, date of birth, Hong Kong ID number, Home Return Permit number and departure and arrival date to purchase travel insurance.

All participants must sign and submit a disclaimer. Participants aged 17 or below must submit a parental agreement form.
