The 3rd Hong Kong - Asian Open Iaido Invitational Championships was successfully held

The 3rd Hong Kong - Asian Open Iaido Invitational Championships was successfully held on 5^th October at Lei Yue Mun Sports Centre. Participants from various regions competed in categories including Teenager Group, No Dan Group, 1 Dan Group, 2 Dan Group and 3-4 Dan Group. The Kendo Association of Hong Kong, China was honored to invite the Deputy Secretary for Justice Dr. Horace Cheung (SBS, JP) as the guest of honor, Ito Tomoharu sensei (Iaido Kyoshi 8 Dan) served as the head of referees, supported by Onikubo Nobuo sensei (Iaido Kyoshi 7 Dan), Sakai Mikio sensei (Iaido Renshi 7 Dan) and Tsutsumi Toshihiko sensei (Iaido Renshi 7 Dan) who assisted in officiating the competition. In his closing remarks, Ito sensei offered several suggestions for participants to consider and encouraged them to continue practicing Iaido to enhance their skills.
