Assistant Sports Executive (Accounting)

Duties:

- Prepare daily accounting vouchers, data entries, document filing, bank reconciliation and administrative tasks

- Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly reports

- Attend meetings and prepare the meeting minutes occasionally

- Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required

- Outdoor work, overtime and work on holidays are sometimes required

Requirements:

- 5 subjects passed including English and Chinese in HKCEE or Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent

- Level II in Bookkeeping & Accounts of LCCI or equivalent is a must

- With solid experience in using Peachtree will be an advantage

Salary: From HK$18,414 per month

(Mon-Fri & half day on alternate Sat, bank holidays, medical coverage, discretionary incentive, meal and transport allowance)
