Examination 審查:

For Dan Examination participants, please be reminded that a Dan Examination Seminar has been arranged on 28^th August (Friday) from 9:00am – 12:00nn (registration from 8:00am-9:00am) at the Lei Yue Mun Sports Centre, which will be conducted by Sawada Yoichi sensei (Hanshi 8 Dan) and Yuzawa Hiroshi sensei (Kyoshi 8 Dan).

The registration time for the Dan Examination is 1:00pm – 1:45pm. Applicants will be disqualified (without refund) from Dan examination on the day if they fail to register before 1:45pm on 28^th August, 2026 (Fri).

審查講習會於2026 年 8月 28 日上午9時至中午12時(登記時間為上午8時至9時)在鯉魚門體育館舉行。講習會講者為澤田洋一先生(範士八段)及湯澤寛先生(教士八段)。

段試登記時間為下午一時至下午一時四十五分。考生如未能於 2026 年 8月 28 日（星期五）下午 1 時 45 分前登記，將被取消考試資格，不獲退款。

Due to adjustments in requirements, the reporting time for helper on that day has been changed. Some helpers have been notified to report at 7:45 am, while others will report at 12:30 pm. The time on the website or schedule for that day has not been updated in real-time. Thank you for your understanding.

由於需求調整，當日工作人員的報到時間已經更改。部分工作人員已接到通知，需於早上7時45分報到，其他工作人員則於下午12時三十分報到。網站或日程表上當日的時間未能即時更新，敬請見諒。

Examiner Reporting Time: 審查員報到時間:

28^th August(Friday) 1:00 pm 8月28日(星期五) 下午1時

Examiner Dress Code審查員服飾:

Suit, tie and pants西裝、領呔及西褲.

Keiko 稽古:

After the closing ceremony, if there is time available, the venue will be used for Keiko. If there is not enough time, Keiko will be cancelled. Please decide for yourself whether to bring kendo equipment.

在賽事結束後，如果還有剩餘時間，場地將用於稽古。但若時間不允許，則會取消。請自行決定是否攜帶劍道裝備。

Competition 比賽:

The rundown and draw of the championships will be uploaded to our website and will be updated from time to time. Please check our website and Facebook for the latest information.

Please also remind your team members to complete and return the disclaimer form if they have not already done so.

Helpers reporting time 工作人員報到時間:

29^th August(Saturday) 07:00-07:15am 8月29日(星期六) 早上7時至7時15分

30^th August(Sunday) 07:00-07:15am 8月30日(星期日) 早上7時至7時15分 

 Lunch will be provided for Helpers. 大會為工作人員提供午餐。

Referees Dress Code審判服飾:

Blue Suit Jacket, White Shirt with Grey Pants, Blue Socks, and Red Necktie \

藍色西裝褸、白色襯衫、灰褲、藍襪、紅呔。

以上服飾適用於所有人，包括參賽的審判人員。

These dress codes apply to everyone, including the referee who join the competition.

Referee Meeting time 審判開會時間:

29^th August(Saturday) 08:30 am 8月29日(星期六) 早上8時30分

30^th August(Sunday) 08:30 am 8月30日(星期日) 早上8時30分 

Please have the referee(Shinpan) report 15 minutes early before the meeting 請審判預早開會前15分鐘報到。

Lunch will be provided to all referees.大會為審判提供午餐。

Shinai Check竹劍檢查

Ends at 11:00 am every day.

每日於上午十一時結束。
