We are pleased to invite you to join Hong Kong - Shengzhen Kendo Exchange Activity which will be held on 7^th January 2018.

The information is as follow:

Gathering time	8:30am
Gathering place	Sheung Shui Station (East Rail Line towards Lo Wu)
Training time	9:30am-12:00pm
Venue	Shenzhen Ming Kendo Club
Address	4 Hongmian Rd, Futian, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China
Dismissing time	After Lunch
Target	HKKA members with Bogu
Quota	10-15 participants
Entry fee	HKD100 (include travel insurance fee and lunch fee except transportation fee)

HKKA will prepare Travel insurance for all participants.

For those who are interested, please send the completed application form as attached and send it back to HKKA on or before 5th January 2018 (Fri) , 14:00 by email.

All applications will be subject to the final decision of the Executive Committee of HKKA.
