Invitation of being a member of Election committee of HKKA

The 22nd HKKA AGM and Election of the president and the senate members will be held on 21st August 2016 (Sunday). Executive Committee members agreed to establish an election committee in 129th EC Meeting. The election committee will be formed by a member of executive committee, a member of senate committee and three HKKA members respectively. The major duty of a member is to prepare, monitor, and execute the whole election, to ensure the election process is conducted in a fair, open, and just manner. 

HKKA would like to invite a maximum number of three HKKA members (No Dan limitation) to be the members of election committee. Those who are interested in being a member of election committee, please reply to this email on or before Wednesday, 27 July 2016 (By noon).
