4th Eastern China Regional Competition 2017

Shanghai Hua Kendo Club has invited Hong Kong Kendo Association to join the 4th Eastern China Regional (華東區Huadong) Competition 2017 at Shanghai, China from 28th May – 29th May , 2017.

The information is as below: 

Date: 28th May – 29th May , 2017 (Sun-Mon)

Location: Shanghai

Target: 

HKKA members & Affiliate Dojo members

Quota: Maximum 8 persons – 3 ladies + 5 men

Schedule:  

28th May 2017 (Sun) 12:00 - 18：00

Opening Ceremony , Men & Female Individual , Keiko 

29th May 2017 (Mon) 8:00 - 17：30

Men team & ladies team , Prizing Ceremony , Keiko 

Entry fee: RMB 300 per person (including Lunch box on 29th May)

Welcome party fee: RMB 150 per person

Attached are Program, rules and regulations for your reference.

Subvention:  Each participant will be subsidized HKD$2500  by HKKA. 

Participants are required to pay for their own expenses first. Subvention will be made after the completion of trip. Subsidization will consider to be unsuccessful if participants do not submit the event report and all expenses receipts (copies will not be accepted).

HKKA will purchase Travel insurance for participants.

All application will be subject to the final decision of  the Executive Committee of HKKA.
