15th Nakane Cup 2017

Thailand kendo Club has invited Hong Kong Kendo Association to participate in the 15th Nakane Cup 2017 scheduled on 10th December , 2017.

Please refer to the following details:

Date: 10th December , 2017 (Sun)

Location: Sports Ground 2, Forth Floor, Division of Student Affairs, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok, Thailand

Target: 

1.     The priority will be given to HK Squad Training members

2.     5 Dan or below HKKA members & Affiliate Dojo members

Quota: Maximum 15 persons

Categories:  

1. Individual Tournament: 

- Women Open (No Limit Rank)

- Men Open (No Limit Rank)

- Nakane Division (4 Dan and Above)

2. Team Tournament:

- Open Team, 5 Members 

Entry fee:  500 baht (around HKD120)

Subvention:  Each participant will be subsidized HKD$2500  by HKKA. 

Participants are required to pay for their own expenses first. Subvention will be made after the completion of trip. 

(Subsidization may not be made if participants do not submit the event report and all expenses receipts to HKKA. (photocopies will not be accepted))

HKKA will prepare Travel insurance for participants.

Interested individuals please send the filled application form attached and send it back to HKKA on or before 20th November 2017 (Mon) , 10:00  

All application will be subject to the final decision of  the Executive Committee of HKKA.
