Renshin Cup CKOU Beijing Open Kendo Kendo Championship

CKOU has invited Hong Kong Kendo Association to join the 2019 Renshin Cup CKOU Beijing Open Kendo Kendo Championship at Beijing, China from 6th April – 7th April, 2019.

The information is as follows:-

Date: 6th April – 7th April 2019

Location: Beijing, China

Target:

1)      Hong Kong Squad members or Junior Squad members have higher priority

2)      HKKA members & Affiliate Dojo members

Quota: Maximum 10 persons – 5 ladies & 5 men

Schedule: 

6 April 2019 (Sat) 9:00 – 18:30

Opening Ceremony, Men & Female Novice/Individual, Keiko

7 April 2019 (Sun) 9:00 – 18:30

5 men team & 5 ladies team, Prizing Ceremony, Keiko

Subvention:  Each participant will be subsidized around HKD$2,500 by HKKA.

Participants must pay for their own expenses first. Subvention will be made by HKKA after completion of trip and submission of the report and all expenses receipts (copies will not be accepted).

*The trip travel period is maximum 2 days (arrival) before the event and 1-day maximum (departure) after the event (all receipts should be within 4th April – 8th April, 2019).

HKKA will prepare Travel insurance for all participants.

All applications will be subject to the final decision of the Executive Committee of HKKA.
